All children should arrive at school by 8.55 a.m. The school gates are locked at 8.55am.
Registration takes place at 9.00 a.m.
Although all children start and finish their day at the same time, they do not all have the same morning break or lunch hour.
Morning break
Foundation Stage : 10.15 am to 10.30 am
Years 1 & 2 : 10.15 am to 10.30 am
Years 3 & 4 : 10.30 am to 10.45 am
Years 5 & 6 : 11.00 am to 11.15 am
Lunch break
Foundation Stage : 11.30 am to 12.30 pm
Years 1 & 2 : 11.30 am to 12.30 pm
Years 3 & 4 12.15 pm to 1.15 pm
Years 5 & 6 : 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Afternoon break
Foundation Stage : 2.00 pm to 2.20 pm
Years 1 & 2 : 2.00 pm to 2.20 pm
School finishes
All pupils : 3.15 pm
Arrival
Class teachers are usually on duty in the playground or at class doors by 8.45 am
Children in all classes come into school between 8.45 and 8.55 am. Class teachers and support staff will meet you as you bring your child to school. If you need to meet with the class teacher at another time please make a mutually convenient appointment.
Please ensure that your child arrives on time. The playground gates are locked at 9.00 a.m. Children arriving later than this should enter school via the main entrance. Late marks are recorded in the attendance register.
